General InformationYes, the park is designed for the whole family. We offer special attractions for the little ones like Kindereisenbahn, Kinderkartbahn and Hupfburg. Children under 3 years old get free entry. All attractions are safe and have children's versions.
About the ParkYes, you can conveniently purchase tickets online through our booking system. Just click on the "Buy ticket" button in the top navigation. Online purchase guarantees you faster entry to the park and often a discount.
Tickets & PricesYes, you will find several restaurants and snack stands in the park. We offer a wide range of food, from fast food to gourmet specialties. All our establishments maintain high quality and freshness of ingredients. Vegan and gluten-free options are also available.
Services & FacilitiesThe park is located in the village of Odrava. The nearest train station is Odrava (line Cheb – Mariánské Lázně). From the station, it is about a 10-minute walk to the park. For a more convenient journey, we recommend using local bus services or ordering a VIP transfer.
General InformationYes, you are allowed to bring your own food and drinks. There are picnic zones and rest areas available in the park. Please respect cleanliness and order in the park.
Services & FacilitiesYes, at the main entrance you will find luggage storage and lockers. The service costs 2 EUR per day. We recommend using this service for a more comfortable movement in the park.
Services & FacilitiesYes, we offer stroller and wheelchair rental in the park. Reservations can be made in advance on our website or on site at the main entrance. The service is free for VIP visitors.
Services & FacilitiesYes, all our shops and restaurants accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro) as well as contactless payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay). Cash is of course also accepted.
General InformationYes, gift vouchers are available in denominations of 20, 50, 100 and 200 EUR. You can purchase them online or at the park ticket office. The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
